Job summary

Black Sheep Coffee is seeking a District Manager to lead a cluster of corporate stores across Texas. You will drive sales growth, operational excellence, and team performance, reporting to the Regional Operations Director.

You will mentor GMs, manage retention, engagement, and staffing metrics, and ensure in-store training is executed effectively. You will partner with HQ for cross-functional initiatives and support expansion plans, while maintaining brand standards and delivering exceptional

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Driver's License for travel across the US.
• Food Manager Certificate required.
• Full-time role with long hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own district operations with sales, margin, labor, and cost control.
• Coach GMs to drive performance and implement brand initiatives.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, and health & safety compliance.
• Lead training and development within the district's stores.
• Partner with HQ teams on L&D, supply chain, marketing, and people.
• Support onboarding of new stores and district expansion.
