Job summary

Ferrero International S.A. is seeking a Senior People Generalist to support Chicago-based P&O activities. You will lead employee relations, coach line management, and drive change management across multiple functions in the North America region.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in HR, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence senior leaders. It sits within a collaborative P&O team and offers broad exposure to strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA/MS/MA preferred.
• At least 5 years resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Experience with compensation, organizational diagnosis, diversity and employment law.
• Consumer goods experience and global partner collaboration is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to influence at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
• Identify performance gaps and deliver trainings to close them.
• Manage all PIP processes and ensure legal compliance.
• Lead change management and coordinate Chicago PBP projects.
• Plan and coordinate policies, processes and staff in P&O functions.
• Facilitate salary reviews and ensure internal equity.
