Job summary

Ferrara Candy Co. in Chicago is seeking an Analyst in the People Hub within People & Organization (P&O). You will be the first point of contact for colleagues, process data transactions, resolve issues, and improve efficiency while safeguarding compliance.

You will design engagement campaigns, analyse HR data with Power BI, automate processes with Power Automate/Power Apps, and collaborate with HR partners and plant leadership to deliver consistent, high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; HR specialization is a plus.
• 2+ years in shared services or similar environment.
• Familiarity with enterprise HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ServiceNow).
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Deliver high-quality service with a high volume of transactions.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute employee engagement campaigns.
• Develop communication strategies to drive HR program adoption.
• Create presentations and engagement metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Analyse HR, payroll, attendance, scheduling data and develop dashboards.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting using Power BI and other tools.
• Lead automation initiatives using Power Automate, Power Apps, and related technologies.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to drive improvements.
• Promote knowledge articles and SOPs to improve self-service and governance.
