Job summary

Link Logistics Real Estate ("Link") seeks a Senior Analyst, People Data and Integrations to architect and optimize data flows, build integrations between Workday and core systems, and deliver AI-enabled workforce insights. You will partner with P&C, Finance, and IT to connect people data with financial planning, enabling informed decision-making around headcount and labor costs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, HR, Finance, or related field.
4 to 7 years of experience in HR technology, data, integrations, analytics, or related roles.
Proven experience designing and supporting integrations between Workday and payroll, benefits, and finance platforms.
Strong understanding of Workday’s data model across core modules, including HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll.
Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, middleware, and end to end data flows.
Experience supporting workforce planning, headcount forecasting, or labor cost analysis in partnership with Finance.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain data models and reporting solutions that inform business decisions.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills across complex datasets and systems.
Proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across HR, IT, and Finance.
Familiarity with AI tools, data exploration tools, or emerging technologies that support analytics and automation.

Responsibilities

Workforce planning and finance alignment to support headcount forecasting and budget tracking.
Develop and maintain data models that connect workforce data with financial metrics.
Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations with payroll, benefits, and finance systems.
Develop datasets, reporting frameworks, and data models for operational and strategic analysis.
Enable self-service reporting and AI-enabled insights for leaders.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and leverage AI solutions tied to integrations and system capabilities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement scalable automation and AI driven solutions.
