We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years applicable HR Business Partner experience with proven experience closely partnering with senior leaders within a rapidly scaling organization; experience supporting Software or related tech business areas required.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

  • Solutions focused and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.
  • Superior communication skills – convey confidence, empathy, and trust to build effective relationships while engaging with front line employees as well as senior leaders on strategic and operational levels.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask.
