One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior People Business Partner in the United States.
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior People Business Partner to help scale and strengthen high-performing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, guiding people strategy across the employee lifecycle—from workforce planning and talent development to performance management and employee relations. You’ll be instrumental in shaping an inclusive, high-accountability culture and aligning HR practices with long-term business goals. Ideal candidates bring deep HR expertise, strong coaching capabilities, and a proactive mindset focused on organizational impact.
Accountabilities:
· Provide strategic counsel to leadership on organizational design, employee development, and performance management
· Serve as a key advisor and coach on team dynamics, talent strategies, and employee relations
· Lead people-driven initiatives including headcount planning, succession planning, and change management
· Partner cross-functionally to design and implement scalable HR programs that enhance employee engagement and retention
· Collaborate with recruiting and leadership to align hiring with future business needs
· Support key HR cycles including compensation reviews, learning programs, and DEI initiatives
· Champion company values while promoting a culture of trust, collaboration, and excellence
Requirements
· 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 4+ years as a strategic HR Business Partner
· Proven success in a scaling or high-growth environment
· Strong foundation in HR disciplines such as talent development, performance management, and employee relations
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
· Business acumen and analytical thinking to align HR strategies with company goals
· Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading through change
