The Springs Living, LLC is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to lead employee relations and partner with leaders to build strong teams, navigate complex workplace situations, and foster a positive employee experience across our Beaverton communities.

If you are a trusted HR advisor who coaches leaders, conducts investigations, resolves concerns, and drives sound people practices, we'd love to meet you. This is a fully on-site role in Beaverton, OR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in HR strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with significant employee relations responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations and advising leaders on complex issues.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns.
• Conduct and manage employee relations investigations from intake through resolution.
• Partner with leaders on corrective action, performance improvement, and conflict resolution.
• Interpret and apply company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices.
• Support leave administration and employee accommodation processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
