Expedia Group, based in Seattle, seeks a Senior Analytics Partner for People Analytics to lead the analytics agenda and deliver data-driven insights for travelers and partners. You will translate priorities into analytics programs and guide stakeholders across HR, COEs, and product teams to drive measurable impact.

You will own end-to-end projects, develop executive-ready narratives, and build scalable analytics solutions that inform business decisions and product roadmaps.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in People Analytics and stakeholder-facing roles.
Proven ability to translate business questions into analytics strategies.
Experience building executive-ready narratives and dashboards.
Experience with AI-assisted analytics and large data sets.

Responsibilities

Translate business and people priorities into analytics opportunities with measurable impact.
Lead end-to-end analytics projects from scoping to executive-ready recommendations.
Create visualizations and narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with HR, COEs, and product teams to productize analytics.
