• Coaches team in statistical techniques, modeling, experimentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Allocates capacity against a prioritized roadmap, balancing strategic bets and BAU work.
• Builds a collaborative, transparent, and inclusive team culture and presents findings to senior leadership.
