Job Description General Summary

The People Analytics Sr. Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping Vertex’s HR data strategy by leveraging advanced analytics, experimentation, and storytelling to drive data-informed decisions across the employee lifecycle. This role will partner closely with HR and business leaders to uncover insights, design experiments, and communicate findings that influence talent strategies and organizational effectiveness. The People Analytics Sr. Manager will be focused on building scalable data and AI solutions and translating research and analytics into actionable business insights.
