Memorial Hermann Health System in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Workforce Analyst to deliver scalable analytics, partner with HR, finance and technology, and translate data into clear stories for leaders.

The role owns workforce reporting end-to-end, applies statistical methods, builds dashboards in Power BI/Tableau, mentors analysts, and helps drive strategic decisions in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in technical, quantitative, or business-focused fields (Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related field).
• Experience / Knowledge / Skills: 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
• Experience in workforce / people analytics strongly preferred; familiarity with HR/HCM data structures required 2+ years with hands-on experience with HCM report and dashboard design and development; Oracle HCM experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with proven ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, Finance, Technology, and business leaders to understand workforce challenges and translate them into data and reporting needs.
• Lead complex workforce analyses using statistical models and advanced analytics to assess key HR metrics, forecast trends, and support strategic decision making.
• Own workforce reporting and analytics solutions end-to-end – from consultation and scoping through the requirement definition, build, validation, and delivery.
• Transform data findings into clear, compelling narratives that drive strategic decision making.
• Ensure data integrity by leading quality efforts, verifying analysis, and maintaining high standard of precision.
• Identify opportunities to enhance data systems and reporting capabilities, working closely with Technology and other stakeholders.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to analysts.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in workforce analytics and data science.
