Job summary

Memorial Hermann in Texas seeks a Senior Analyst, Workforce Analytics to translate workforce data into actionable insights. You will partner with HR, Finance, Technology and leaders to design analyses, build dashboards, and deliver scalable reporting that informs strategic decisions.

This hands-on, consultative role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong storytelling, and a proactive approach to problem solving, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or business-focused field.
• 5+ years in data or business analysis, with workforce analytics preferred.
• 2+ years with HCM reports and dashboards; Oracle HCM is a plus.
• Strong statistical modeling, forecasting, and analytics methods.
• Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and storytelling to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, Finance, Technology, and leaders to define reporting needs.
• Lead complex workforce analyses using statistical models and analytics.
• Own workforce reporting end-to-end from scoping to delivery.
• Translate data findings into compelling narratives for decisions.
• Ensure data integrity and drive improvements in reporting capabilities.
• Mentor analysts and stay current on analytics best practices.
