Job summary

Blue Origin seeks a Senior Data Analyst for its HR People Analytics team. You will transform raw HR data into actionable insights, design advanced visualizations, and partner with HR and business leaders to optimize processes and drive organizational efficiency.

The role demands 8+ years in BI/data analytics, strong SQL and analytics tooling (Tableau/PowerBI), and excellent communication. Relocation assistance is available; this role reports to HR data governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in data science, CS, or analytics field.
8+ years of experience in BI or data analytics.
Expert SQL and data visualization experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with HR analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze HR data to understand processes, trends, and opportunities; ensure findings are actionable.
Design and implement advanced data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI.
Collaborate with HR and business teams to identify metrics and optimize workflows.
Perform detailed data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy of insights.
Communicate complex data insights clearly to stakeholders and document data processes.
Stay informed of industry trends in people analytics and apply best practices.
