Job summary

Precise Systems, Inc. seeks an Analyst, Senior to support a U.S. Navy customer in a data-driven role. You will produce readiness assessments, decision-support products, and dashboards to inform trade-space decisions balancing near-term readiness with long-term modernization goals.

The role emphasizes advanced analytics, AI/ML techniques, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to improve performance, reduce costs, and deliver actionable insights for complex defense programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or six years related work experience.
• Fifteen years of related experience, with at least six years in the People (CVN & TMS) concentration area.
• Prior military experience as a Commissioned Officer and/or senior DoW government experience may be favorable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans across multiple tasks and organizations.
• Define problems, analyze data, and develop recommendations; prepare analyses and implementation plans.
• Evaluate goals, team function, and cross-discipline cooperation; propose improvements to performance and cost.
• Implement improved systems, procedures, and organizational changes based on data analysis.
• Apply techniques such as work breakdown structures, activity-based costing, and program evaluations.
