Job summary

Precise Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst for U.S. Navy Customer engagements. The role focuses on developing strategic plans, performing advanced analytics, and delivering decision-support products and dashboards based on data from multiple sources.

You will work on readiness analytics, forecasting, and optimization to balance current readiness with long-term capability goals. A DoD security clearance or higher is required, and US citizenship is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and executing strategic plans across multiple tasks and organizations.
• Proficiency in problem framing, analysis, recommendations, and complex modeling.
• Ability to evaluate goals, improve performance, shorten throughput time, and reduce costs while maintaining quality.
• Experience implementing improved systems and organizational changes.
• Familiar with work breakdown structures, activity-based costing, processes, and program audits/evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Produce readiness assessments and decision-support products with dashboards from multiple data sources.
• Integrate data from authoritative and legacy sources to deliver actionable analytics.
• Apply advanced analytics and AI/ML to identify drivers and constraints on readiness and long-term objectives.
