Redgate is seeking a People/HR Advisor to own employee relations casework for the UK and EMEA, coaching managers through difficult conversations and serving as a trusted sounding board for leadership. You will influence policy embedding and partner with People Operations while exploring AI-assisted processes.

This role sits at the centre of how Redgate supports its people managers day to day. You'll own employee relations casework across the UK and EMEA, from probation reviews and absence conversations through to informal disciplinary and grievance resolution, using your judgement to know when a case needs to stay with you and when it needs to go to a People Partner. Alongside the casework, you'll be a regular sounding board for managers, coaching them through difficult conversations and building the kind of trusted relationship that means they come to you before a small issue becomes a bigger one.
