BCG Attorney Search in St. Louis seeks a Pensions, Benefits, and Executive Compensation Attorney to advise on employee benefits and executive compensation matters with direct client contact.

You will draft, review, and negotiate plan documents and support corporate transactions while offering strategic guidance. The role requires a JD, active Missouri license for associates, and a residency- jurisdiction license for counsel, with a focus on client service and collaboration in a supportive team

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Missouri for associate position.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction of residence for counsel position.

Responsibilities

• Advise on employee benefits and executive compensation, including plan design and compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate plan documents and related agreements.
• Provide strategic counseling on benefits and compensation in corporate transactions.
• Conduct legal research and offer practical guidance to clients.
• Contribute to thought leadership and client engagement initiatives.
