• Experience with process analysis, systems analysis, and testing methodologies including Use Case modeling and User Story creation.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes business and user needs and translates them into system and process requirements.
• Develops and mentors other analysts and guides project work.
• Implements improvements to pension administration processes and documents.
