Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Attack & Penetration Tester to lead complex penetration tests and red team engagements across diverse client environments. You will apply threat-informed testing and MITRE ATT&CK-based methods to identify exploitable paths and improve security controls.

You will mentor junior team members, coordinate testing activities, and translate findings into actionable remediation strategies for executives and technical stakeholders. Travel up to 80% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and leading penetration tests and red team exercises.
• Ability to translate findings into remediation actions for technical and executive audiences.
• Strong knowledge of threat-informed testing and MITRE ATT&CK principles.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and execute complex penetration tests and advanced red team engagements.
• Apply threat-informed testing aligned with the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Identify, validate, and exploit vulnerabilities across networks, AD, cloud, and apps.
• Coordinate testing activities and mentor junior team members.
• Translate testing results into actionable remediation strategies for clients.
• Produce high-quality reports and executive-ready presentations.
