Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Attack & Penetration Tester to help our clients strengthen resilience through offensive security engagements. You will plan and lead testing across diverse environments, emulating real adversaries and identifying exploitable paths.

You will communicate findings clearly to technical and executive audiences, mentor junior teammates, and drive remediation strategies in alignment with client constraints and engagement goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years in offensive security or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute complex penetration tests and advanced red team engagements.
• Emulate adversary behaviors, identify exploitable paths, and evaluate security controls.
• Cover external/internal networks, AD, cloud, APIs, web/mobile apps, and more within ROE.
• Translate results into actionable remediation and improvements for clients.
• Lead workstreams, mentor junior teammates, and contribute to methodology evolution.
• Prepare client-ready reports and executive presentations on risk and remediation.
