Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Attack & Penetration Tester to strengthen client resilience through offensive security engagements. You will plan, lead, and execute complex tests across networks, cloud, apps, and APIs, applying threat-informed techniques to identify exploitable paths and help clients remediate risks.

You’ll mentor junior testers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay current with vulnerabilities and tooling while traveling up to 80% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Plan and lead penetration tests within defined scopes, rules of engagement, and safety constraints.
• Identify, validate, and exploit vulnerabilities across networks, cloud, web, and APIs.
• Apply threat-informed testing techniques aligned with MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Mentor junior testers and coordinate distributed workstreams.
• Communicate risk and remediation priorities to technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and execute complex penetration testing and red team engagements across diverse client environments.
• Translate testing results into actionable insights and remediation strategies for clients.
• Lead technical workstreams, coordinate activities, and mentor junior team members.
