Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Attack & Penetration Tester to lead complex penetration tests and red team engagements across diverse client environments. You will apply threat-informed methods, emulate adversaries, and translate findings into actionable remediation strategies for executive audiences.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate testing workstreams, and stay current with offensive security trends and tooling while ensuring engagement quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least five years of offensive security experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and execute complex penetration testing and advanced red team engagements.
• Apply threat-informed testing aligned with MITRE ATT&CK to emulate adversary behaviors.
• Identify exploitable paths across networks, AD, cloud, web, mobile and APIs.
• Produce actionable risk insights and remediation strategies for clients.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate testing activities.
• Communicate technical results to both technical and executive audiences.
