Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Attack & Penetration Tester to drive offensive security engagements across diverse client environments in the United States. You will plan, lead, and execute complex tests, emulating adversary tactics and identifying exploitable paths with a focus on practical remediations and strengthening defenses.

You will work across networks, AD, cloud, APIs, and mobile environments, translating findings into executive-ready reports while mentoring junior staff and shaping evolving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of offensive security experience.
• Experience planning and leading penetration tests and red team engagements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute complex penetration tests and red team engagements.
• Apply intelligence-led, threat-informed testing to emulate adversary behaviours.
• Cover external/internal networks, AD, cloud, mobile, APIs, web apps and more.
• Translate testing results into clear, actionable remediation steps for clients.
• Mentor junior team members, coordinate testing, and contribute to methodology.
