Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Attack & Penetration Tester to drive offensive security engagements from planning to execution. You will lead complex penetrations and red-team activities across diverse client environments, applying intelligence-led techniques and translating results for technical and executive audiences.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate testing workstreams, and contribute to evolving methodology while staying current on threats and tooling relevant to AD, cloud, networks, APIs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years in offensive security.
• Experience planning and leading complex penetration tests.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework and adversary techniques.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and execute complex penetration tests and advanced red team engagements.
• Apply intelligence-led, threat-informed testing to emulate adversary behaviors.
• Test across external/internal networks, AD/Microsoft Entra ID, cloud, APIs, web/mobile, and wireless environments.
• Translate findings into actionable remediation recommendations for executives and technical teams.
