Job summary

EY is seeking a senior Pega professional to provide technical analysis, architecture, and implementation across client engagements in Alpharetta and Dallas. You will guide teams, design advanced Pega configurations, and help drive critical solutions with a focus on delivering value.

The role requires Pega certification, strong database experience, leadership of onshore/offshore teams, and up to 25% travel to serve client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, or related field with 5 years related work experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience implementing Pega on teams of 3+ people, with 3 years in Pega 8.x/Infinity.
• Certified Pega Senior System Architect at minimum; Lead System Architect preferred.
• 4 years experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Access, Oracle, DB2).
• 4 years experience with Java, Python, C++, C#, and/or .NET.
• 2 years experience leading PEGA project teams.
• Domestic travel up to 25% to serve client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with Pega technical analysis of requirements, solution architecture, and design.
• Advise engagement team and deliver Pega-based solutions.
• Design, architect and develop advanced configuration solutions using Pega.
• Develop roadmap balancing complexity, feasibility and business value.
• Estimate effort and plan onshore/offshore staffing; manage project financials.
• Support sales proposals and development of assets and accelerators.
• Mentor junior staff on project cadence and technology ramp up.
