Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Business Solutions Developer in Vienna, VA to design, develop, and deliver PEGA-based automation solutions for Branch Operations. You will translate complex requirements into workflow-driven enhancements and serve as a senior technical advisor to guide enterprise-wide technology changes.

You will mentor junior developers, lead technical discovery with stakeholders, and manage production issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Expert knowledge of software development best practices.
• Extensive experience with PEGA, Maven, JAVA, and related tools.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms.
• Experience in developing and testing software.
• Ability to document procedures and processes for production support.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions utilizing the PEGA automation tool.
• Diagnose and resolve complex production issues through advanced troubleshooting and data-driven problem solving.
• Plan, coordinate, and roll out software changes to Testing and Production with required approvals.
• Collaborate with team members to align priorities and delivery timelines.
• Provide follow-up to monitor progress and benefits realization.
