Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a senior technical professional to design, develop, and deliver PEGA-based automation solutions for Branch Operations. You will translate business needs into workflow-driven enhancements and mentor junior developers.

You will lead discovery with stakeholders, collaborate with governance and ETS partners, and ensure changes align with enterprise strategies while maintaining documentation and production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS or related field.
• Experience with software development best practices and ITIL/Guardrails guidance.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and enterprise automation.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into PEGA-based technical solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve complex production issues with advanced troubleshooting.
• Coordinate software change/release to testing and production.
• Collaborate with BACE team to align priorities and delivery timelines.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers.
