Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a senior technical professional to design, develop, and deliver PEGA-driven solutions for Branch Operations. You will lead discovery with stakeholders, guide enterprise changes, and mentor junior developers while ensuring production stability.

Responsibilities include issue diagnosis, coordinating releases, and maintaining comprehensive documentation across the Systems Development Life-Cycle to support scalable, enterprise-grade automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Expert knowledge of software development best practices and IT governance.
• Extensive experience with PEGA, Maven, Java, and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Proven ability to research, document procedures, and lead junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into PEGA-based technical solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve complex production issues through advanced troubleshooting.
• Plan, coordinate and rollout software changes to testing and production environments.
• Collaborate daily with BACE team members to align priorities and timelines.
• Document and maintain detailed SDLC artefacts and knowledge bases.
