Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a senior developer to design, develop, and deliver PEGA-based solutions for Branch Operations. You will translate business needs into workflow-driven enhancements and mentor junior developers.

You will diagnose complex production issues, partner with project teams for release planning, and collaborate with BACE and ETS partners to align priorities and timelines. The role emphasizes documentation, governance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of software development best practices (Automation Center of Excellence guardrails or ITIL).
• Extensive experience with PEGA, Maven, Java and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Proven track record in developing and testing software.
• Strong ability to analyze issues, research, document procedures and communicate with non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading collaborative teams and managing multiple priorities.
