Job summary

Mphasis seeks a Pega Lead System Architect to drive end-to-end Pega application implementations using Center Out approaches. You will lead design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise Pega solutions, aligning with best practices and enterprise standards.

The role requires mentoring teams, ensuring performance, security, and scalable rollouts while maintaining strong client communication and technical leadership throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years hands-on Pega design and architecture/build
• PCLSA – PART 2 complete
• Working experience with Pega 7.x, 8.x & Pega Infinity
• Case Management, Business rules & decisioning
• Data modeling and data pages
• Integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS, File, Database)
• Security & Access Control
• Strong understanding of Pega Build, performance, rollouts—optimization & best practices
• Crisp & clear client facing communication with Technical Leadership & People management skills
