Job summary

Responsibilities include performance optimization, Agile participation, and producing technical documentation. A 13+ year track record in Pega development, strong SQL and Java basics, and experience with REST/SOAP are required.

Qualifications

• Over 13 years of hands-on Pega development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Strong experience with Pega Infinity (8.x or later).
• Proficient with SQL and relational databases; familiar with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement applications using the Pega Platform.
• Build case types, workflows, user interfaces, decision rules, and business rules.
• Develop integrations with REST, SOAP, databases, messaging systems, and external applications.
• Configure data pages, data transforms, activities, report definitions, and decision tables.
• Create reusable components following Pega Guardrails and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects and production issues.
• Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, code reviews, and testing.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
• Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
