Qualifications

• 13+ years of IT experience with strong Pega development.
• Hands-on experience with Pega PRPC.
• Strong knowledge of Pega Case Management, Workflows, Rules, and UI.
• Experience with Pega integration, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
• Good understanding of SQL and databases.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Pega PRPC.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into Pega solutions.
• Design workflows, case types, UI components, and business rules.
• Develop and configure Pega applications, integrations, and APIs.
• Work with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other developers.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Support application enhancements and production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure development standards are followed.
• Prepare technical documentation as required.
