Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Pega Developer (CSSA) for an 11-month contract with hybrid work in Charlotte, NC / Pennington, NJ / Plano, TX. Pay range is $70–$80 per hour.

Responsibilities include designing, developing, and supporting complex Pega CLM solutions, plus mentoring junior developers and leading modernization efforts across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 10 years of software development experience.
• 5 years of hands-on Pega development experience.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Pega applications.
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).

• Design, develop, and support complex Pega CLM solutions.
• Lead implementation of Trigger Based Refresh and modernization activities.
• Develop integrations with enterprise systems, databases, and external services.
• Drive application performance optimization, resiliency, and security improvements.
• Implement Pega best practices, guardrail compliance, and reusable framework components.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with business, QA, platform, and vendor teams to accelerate solution delivery.

• Strong expertise in Pega CLM, Case Management, Flows, and Integrations.
• Experience with Java, REST APIs, SQL, XML, and Enterprise Application Integration.
• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing large-scale Pega applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning capabilities
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
• Experience collaborating with Business Analysts, QA, Platform Engineering, and Architecture teams.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Master''s degree preferred but not required
• Financial Services / AML / KYC domain experience
• Experience with Pega Constellation, Blueprint, and GenAI capabilities.
