Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Stamford is seeking an experienced Pega Developer to design and implement scalable Pega apps for Operations Technology, delivering robust workflow solutions.

You will work with JavaScript, Java, Oracle SQL, HTML/CSS and REST/JSON interfaces, contribute to architecture, testing, deployments and performance tuning in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires 7+ years of hands-on experience and a strong emphasis on quality, guardrails and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Pega development experience.
• Experience with design and development of Complex Pega Infinity workflow applications and reusable components.
• Experience in PEGA Enterprise Class Rules, Flows, Activities, Reports, Data Pages and UI design.
• Experience in automating testing, package deployment and monitoring.
• Experience in Pega server configuration and Oracle query optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex Pega Infinity workflow applications including reusable classes and frameworks.
• Design and implement PEGA Enterprise Class Rules, Flows, Activities, Reports, Data Pages, UI design and integrations.
• Automate testing, packaging deployment and verification and application monitoring.
• Work on Pega server configuration and Oracle database query optimization for performance testing.
• Apply Agile Kanban, Pega code reviews, guardrail compliance and UI design system best practices including Pega Cosmos.
• Nice to have prior experience with BOA projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

10+ years of hands-on Senior Pega Developer responsible for Pega apps for Operations Technology.

• Experience with Design and development of Complex Pega Infinity workflow application including re-usable classes and frameworks, component design, UI design providing scalable and resilient solution that meets functional and non-functional requirements
• Experience in Designing and Implementing PEGA Enterprise Class Rules, Flows, Activities, Repots, Correspondence, Case Management and Integrations, Data Pages, Agents, UI design, Dashboards, Reports, Troubleshooting and debugging
• Experience in automating testing, package deployment and verification and application monitoring
• Experience in Pega server configuration and Oracle database query optimization for performance testing execution, troubleshooting and fixing issues identified in load volume test
• Demonstrated knowledge of Agile Kanban, Pega code reviews, guardrail compliance and UI design system best practices including Pega Cosmos
• Good to have prior working experience with BOA projects

Salary Range- $100,000-$125,000 a year
