Job summary

Enormous Enterprise LLC in Plano, TX, is seeking a Senior Pega Lead System Architect for a 12-month contract. Hybrid role – 3 days onsite in Plano, 2 days work from home (local only) with a split Plano, TX / Charlotte, NC footprint.

The Senior Pega Developer will design, develop, and support complex Pega CLM solutions, mentor junior developers, and drive performance, security, and integrations across multiple streams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Pega development experience.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Pega applications
• Strong expertise in Pega CLM, Case Management, Flows, and Integrations.
• Experience with Java, REST APIs, SQL, XML, and Enterprise Application Integration.
• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing large-scale Pega applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning capabilities
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
• Experience collaborating with Business Analysts, QA, Platform Engineering, and Architecture teams.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities
