Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Pega CLM, Case Management, Flows, and Integrations.
• Experience with Java, REST APIs, SQL, XML, and Enterprise Application Integration.
• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing large-scale Pega applications and performance tuning.

Akkodis is seeking for an Pega - Lead System Architect for a Contract job with a client in Plano, TX/Pennington, NJ/Charlotte, NC(Hybrid). Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the financial services industry.

Pay Range: $68-73/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

The Senior Pega Developer will:

• Design, develop, and support complex Pega CLM solutions.
• Lead implementation of Trigger Based Refresh and modernization activities.
• Develop integrations with enterprise systems, databases, and external services.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Pega development experience.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Pega applications
• Strong expertise in Pega CLM, Case Management, Flows, and Integrations.
• Experience with Java, REST APIs, SQL, XML, and Enterprise Application Integration.
• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing large-scale Pega applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning capabilities
• Experience collaborating with Business Analysts, QA, Platform Engineering, and Architecture teams.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Desired Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred but not required
• Financial Services / AML / KYC domain experience
• Experience with Pega Constellation, Blueprint, and GenAI capabilities.
