Job summary

AttainX is seeking a Senior Pega Developer to support Operations & Maintenance and modernization efforts within USDA IT ecosystems. You will stabilize and improve Pega implementations while collaborating with cross-functional teams across .NET, SQL Server, and AWS.

The role emphasizes refactoring externalized business logic toward Pega best practices, participating in cloud migration, and aligning with FPAC-approved pipelines. Strong CSA/CSSA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Senior-Level: Minimum 8 years IT experience, with 5+ years Pega architecture & development.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Pega case management workflows and UI components.
• Refactor Pega implementations moving logic from .NET or SQL stored procedures toward Pega best practices.
• Triage production defects, perform root-cause analyses, and document in tracking systems.
• Support modernization efforts and cloud migration in AWS or hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with .NET and DB teams to resolve cross-system issues and ensure CI/CD compliance.
