Amgen seeks a Marketing Senior Manager for Peer-to-Peer, Remote, to drive P2P engagement for TAVNEOS. You will lead speaker programs, advisory boards, and congress activities, shaping education and promotional content for HCPs and patients.

Qualificações

• Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree with marketing experience in biotech/pharma or healthcare preferred.
• Strong strategic and executional capability in consumer and HCP marketing contexts.
• Ability to translate insights into peer-to-peer engagement plans.

Responsabilidades

• Lead peer-to-peer strategy and engagement plans for TAVNEOS across programs.
• Oversee speaker programs, congress activities, and advisory boards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, effective P2P initiatives.
• Develop training and materials to enable field teams and faculty.
• Measure program impact and optimize based on KPIs and feedback.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Medical Affairs, and agencies.
