Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, plus lived experience with mental health recovery.
• Experience in mental health services preferred; willingness to travel within Collin County.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and work with a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in identifying community supports and resources toward recovery.
• Collaborate with LPHA’s, QMHP’s, and prescribers to support person-driven care.
• Travel within Collin County using agency or personal vehicle when needed.

Education

Recovery/mental health service experience

Empathy and active listening

Strong communication skills

Willingness to disclose lived experience

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
