The role emphasizes person-centered planning, recovery education, and community inclusion, including 1:1 support, WRAP planning, and linking clients to services such as transportation and housing.

Qualifications

• Self-identify as a person with direct personal recovery experience.
• Must have and maintain a background and criminal history free from disqualifying offenses.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and automobile insurance and be able to obtain Texas license within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Support Person Centered Planning by educating people about recovery and helping them set short- and long-term community goals.
• Provide 1:1 support and education on wellness tools and WRAP planning for individuals assessed at LOC3 or LOC4.
• Foster community inclusion by connecting people to resources, services, and self-help opportunities.
• Develop and facilitate recovery-based educational groups and activities; lead and teach participants.
• Maintain documentation of services and ensure timely completion of required records.
