Baltic Street Wellness Solutions is seeking a Senior Peer Specialist to lead peer support within our Peer-Based Supported Education Program in Brooklyn, NY. You will mentor staff, support participants in educational goals, and collaborate with program leadership to promote recovery-oriented, trauma-informed practices.

You will work closely with participants, helping them navigate education systems, employment settings, and community resources while modeling peer support best practices.

Formación

• Lived experience of mental health recovery and/or substance use recovery.
• BA or BS in related field required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build supportive relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one and group peer support.
• Assist participants with developing individualized education plans.
• Support participants in navigating educational settings and community resources.
• Advocate for accommodations and access to services.
