Qualifications

• College preferred but not required.
• Certification with Academy of Peer Services or completion within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Teach and model recovery and self-help principles.
• Provide psychiatric rehabilitation interventions.
• Maintain client confidentiality and civil liberties.
• Manage an ongoing caseload and attend staff meetings.
• Provide linkages, referrals, and case coordination.
• Conduct outreach to community agencies.
• Document program records in a timely manner.
• Facilitate support groups and trainings.
