Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Basic knowledge of self-help techniques and mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Teach and model recovery and self-help principles.
• Provide direct services to an ongoing client caseload.
• Develop and lead self-help groups; train new group leaders.
• Coordinate referrals and linkages across services including housing and education.
• Document progress notes and reports in agency systems.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in training as required.
