Qualifications

• Master's degree or Doctorate in OT required.
• Colorado DORA OT license, or ability to obtain it.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide 30–60 minute sessions to build strong client-caregiver relationships.
• Conduct two evaluations per week and maintain built-in documentation time.
• Supervise and support 2+ COTAs with a 70% productivity expectation.

5+ years of OT experience
