Job summary

Woven Care is a multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient practice in Aurora, CO seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative team dedicated to helping children and families thrive. You’ll manage balanced caseloads, deliver 30-60 minute sessions, conduct biweekly evaluations, and have built-in documentation time to protect evenings and weekends for recharging.

You’ll work with Speech, PT, and ABA disciplines, supervise 2+ COTAs, and enjoy growth opportunities, flexible scheduling, loan

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Colorado DORA OT license, or ability to obtain.
• 2-5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 30-60 minute OT sessions with children and families.
• Conduct two evaluations per week to maintain varied and engaging caseloads.
• Supervise and support 2+ COTAs and maintain a 70% productivity expectation.
