Clinicians enjoy autonomy over schedules and compensation models within a true multidisciplinary team, with leadership that started as therapists.

Your day includes 30–60 minute sessions, two evaluations weekly, built-in documentation time, and supervision of 2+ COTAs with a 70% productivity expectation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Colorado DORA OT license.
• 5+ years of experience in OT.

Responsibilities
