Job summary

Boston Children's Hospital is seeking an experienced audiologist to diagnose, coordinate care, and treat a wide range of pediatric cases, including medically complex patients. You will serve as a consultant and educator to interns, externs, and clinical staff, while contributing to research or administrative activities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Audiology or Hearing Science from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in pediatric audiology services.
• CCC-A or Pediatric Audiology certification from ASHA or ABR.
• Licensed as an Audiologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (within 45 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Perform audiological evaluations and interpret tests.
• Counsel families on findings, funding options, and hearing technology.
• Coordinate case management plans and interdepartmental communication.
• Maintain clinical operations and scheduling, and supervise staff and externs.
• Contribute to program development, research, and quality improvement.
