Job summary

Connecticut Children’s seeks an experienced pediatric audiologist to identify, assess and treat hearing and balance concerns from birth through young adulthood. You will evaluate auditory-vestibular function, select and fit amplification, and support cochlear implant candidacy and post-implant care.

Collaborating with Otolaryngology, developmental specialists and educators, you will contribute to patient care, documentation, and departmental standards in a high-impact pediatric setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Audiology required; Au.D. preferred.
• Pediatric population experience and amplification dispensing required, preferably in a medical setting.
• Connecticut Audiology License or eligible; CPR/BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret behavioral, physioacoustic, and electrophysiologic measures of auditory-vestibular function.
• Select, fit, verify, dispense and validate amplification devices; provide counseling and training.
• Collaborate with cochlear implant team on candidacy and post-surgical care.
