Job summary

Boot Civil is seeking a Project Manager – PE (Land Development) to lead private and public land development projects throughout Central Texas. You will own projects from due diligence and entitlement strategy through design, permitting, and construction, serving as the primary client contact and managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license in Texas required.
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience managing land development projects.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple land development projects from due diligence through construction.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact and manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Lead and coordinate engineers, designers, surveyors, subconsultants, and other disciplines.
• Direct and review civil plans, reports, and specifications for grading, drainage, utilities, paving, and site layout.
• Lead permitting and approval strategy with City of Austin and Central Texas agencies.
• Mentor EITs and staff; support proposal development and client relationship management.
