Boot Civil, LLC is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer / EIT to support design and delivery of private and public land development projects in Central Texas. This early-career role offers mentorship from experienced PEs and a path toward PE licensure in a fast-moving, startup environment.

You will gain hands-on experience across all project phases, work with senior engineers, and contribute to practical, buildable solutions in a dynamic firm.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• EIT certification, and three years relevant experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and foundational engineering tools used in land development.
• Understanding of basic civil engineering principles including hydrology, hydraulics, grading, and utility design.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with PEs, PMs, clients, and permitting agencies.
• Desire to learn, take initiative, and grow within a startup environment.

Mansioni

• Support civil design and project execution from due diligence through construction.
• Prepare drawings, exhibits, and calculations for grading, drainage, utilities, paving, and site layout.
• Assist in reports, memos, and permitting documents.
• Research development codes, design criteria, and permitting for Central Texas.
• Produce Civil 3D base files, surfaces, profiles, alignments, pipe networks, and sheets under PE supervision.
• Support permitting with City of Austin and nearby municipalities via submittals and comments.
• Participate in meetings, design reviews, redlines, and QA/QC.
• Support cost estimates, quantities, and schedule inputs for PMs.
• Site visits for existing conditions and construction observations.
• Maintain organized project documentation per Boot Civil's standards.

Formazione

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

EIT certification
